HR Projectmanager / Specialist C&B

The HR projectmanager is a new and centralized role in the HR team. The company is quickly adapting to nowadays markets and in doing so is changing rapidly into a lean and solid retailer. This role has been created to further professionalize the HR function and support HR management and HR business partners in managing their businesses. 

The role focus is two-fold: you will liaise directly with the Holding regarding group C&B policies and Employee law and legislation. You will be responsible to translate these into the business and making sure the required frameworks, processes and guidelines are implemented in a proper way. On the other hand you will be responsible for leading all major HR projects that enable HR Management and HR Business Partners in supporting their business in an effective and aligned way.

These projects range from performance management to developing HR management reporting to leading outsourcing projects, implementing a self service portal, implementing HRIS, HR Analytics and optimizing HR processes and procedures in the broadest way possible. You will act as a senior HR professional giving guidance to the HR retail team on both main  focus areas. 

Responsibilities

  • Leading various HR company wide HR projects on different levels and on different subjects
  • Implementing relevant labor law- and legislation and social security. Translating these to relevant business level
  • Translating company policy on internal procedures and guidelines in conjunction with HR services and HR business partners. Communicate this to HR business partners and (senior) management
  • Consulting directors, (senior) management and HR business partners on all subjects related to labor law and compensation & benefits (such as reorganizations, participation matters, individual labor cases)
  • Making sure information- and knowledge transfer to HR business partners is ensured on all labor law and social security law matters
  • Implementing a solid Self Service Portal within the HR IT environment
  • Lead outsourcing questions 
  • Develop and implement optimized and new HR management reporting tools which enable store management to act pro-actively in managing cost/productivity/related questions in their business

Profile requirements

  • At least a Bachelor degree in HR, Labor Law or related
  • 5-10 years experience in similar role and/or with similar subjects
  • Strong experience in leading broad HR projects
  • Experience in retail is a benefit 
  • Perfect consulting skills and a creative mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Being able to work autonomously, being critical and having a pro-active and driven approach
  • Having an eye for details combined with a genuine interest in employee and their benefits
